Ron originally joined the staff of New Insights in 2003.  He returned in 2006 following a two year hiatus.  Prior to associating with New Insights, his experience included 10 years in human services.  He was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Sciences from York College of Pennsylvania.  McDaniel College, Westminster, MD, awarded him a Master of Science degree in Community Counseling.  Additionally, he is currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Lancaster Bible College.  He is certified as an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor by the Pennsylvania Certification Board and by the International Certification and Reciprocity Consortium.  He provides evaluation and counseling services to both individuals and families, and is experienced facilitating therapy groups in the community as well as in correctional facilities.
