Dr. Small graduated from Gettysburg College in 1978 with a double major in Psychology and Religion. He has a Master of Science and Ph.D. in combined Clinical-Counseling-School Psychology from Utah State University in 1985. As part of this training, he completed a pre-doctoral internship at West Virginia University School of Medicine and a post-doctoral fellowship at University of Utah School of Medicine specializing in Behavioral Medicine. Dr. Small has a full-time private practice in Mechanicsburg, PA. He has been supervising mental health services at New Insights since 1993. |
