What to Bring

1. An open mind

2. Photo-id

3. Washcloth (we provide towels)

4. Personal hygiene items (mouthwash cannot contain alcohol)

5. Calling card (all long distance calls must be made collect or by calling card)

6. Spending money (laundry, cigarettes, etc.)

7. Clothes to wear at the gym (sneakers, sweats, etc.)

8. Laundry detergent (or you can purchase a box at the box at Laundromat)

9. Alarm clock

 

What Not to Bring

1. A bad attitude

2. Medicines containing alcohol or narcotics.

3. Boomboxes (personal CD players. MP3 players and walk-men w/ headsets are OK)

4. Pornographic material

5. Weapons

6. Pets

7. Cell phone/pager

 

Medications

1. If on a prescribed medication, it must be presented to the house manager at time of orientation.

2. Prescription medicines will be locked up and dispensed by the house manager.

3. You must take your medication as prescribed by your physician.
